Restaurant Review by Y. N.
Do you like Ramen? Recently, I've seen men and women of all ages visiting ramen shops, and there are many noodle shops everywhere. Today, I will introduce the noodle shop "Matsunamiya" in Tsurumi.
The shop's ramen soup is based on soy sauce and pork bone. It's very thick and delicious soup. And the noodles are thick too, so they soak up soup. There is special ramen as well as ordinary ramen. Why is it special? It has a piece of lemon. The ramen's name is Kiwamidori (¥750).
Kiwamidori is my favorite menu item at this shop. Of course, this is delicious to eat without lemon, but I recommend eating with lemon liquid. First, you eat half without lemon then you squeeze a lemon into the ramen. That's the best way.
You can choose strong or light of soup taste, and the firmness of the noodles and the quantity of cooking oil. Especially, the ramen of this shop uses a lot of cooking oil, so I recommend choosing a small quantity of cooking oil.
