I'd like to introduce Jitokko. Jitokko is a tavern where you can eat local chicken from Miyazaki. It has 50 or more menu items using local chicken called 'jitokko' from Miyazaki. Moreover, there is much local sake on the menu.
I went there with my boyfriend and his friend. All the waiters are active and they are very friendly. And all the waiters have good smiles. We ordered the Japanese sake called 'Kurokirishima' and the chicken dish 'Momoyaki.' Momoyaki is the most popular menu item at Jitokko (medium size ￥880). There are many other dishes which use local chicken, too.
When we finished eating our dish, a waiter wrote a message to us on a griddle. Since the message written by each waiter is different depending on his feeling, the message changes each time. It is one of my pleasures.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is retro. If you become friendly with the waiters, you can enjoy yourself further. Please taste the local chicken at Jitokko.
